Led by Chef Cody of the pop-up culinary phenoms Rigby & Jayne, we’ll walk you through the basics of the fermentation process, explore pepper varieties and flavor profiles, and guide you as you chop, blend, and bottle your own custom creation.
Each participant will head home with two bottles: one ready to enjoy right away, and another to continue fermenting to perfection at home—just in time to turn up the heat at your 4th of July BBQ the following weekend!
